[Bug] Request to Fix Scrollbar Behavior When Filtering Data

Hi TrinaGrid,

    On filtering the data, scrollbar remains visible even when the content does not exceed the visible area.

As shown in the video below, I tested it with example app but the issue doesn't happen. Can share your TrinaGrid.configuration? or any additional info that would help determining if this's an actual bug. Thank you.
