[Bug] Scroll position is not re-set when switching pages in paginated result

### Steps to reproduce the bug
1. create a paginated table with multiple pages
2. Scroll to the bottom
3. click on the arrow to go to the next page

### Expected results
On switching pages, users expect to be at the top of the page

### Actual results
We are at the bottom of the new page
