Merged various pull requests, fixing:

  • Adding cadence and HR fields to GPX conversion
  • Accounting for missing / corrupt elevation data points
  • Pandas direct assignment to account for latest pandas release
  • Not adding metadata to gpx files without tracks

And adding a command line wrapper to allow for single FIT file conversions.
