Upgrade couchbase-lite-c to 3.2.3

Couchbase Lite 3.2.3 contains a new API on certificates for replication authentification.
These changes are not implemented in Rust yet since we do not use them at Doctolib.

Two fixes are also part of this release:

• array indexes were always recreated when the path contained camel case
• a document fetched from an instance of a collection could not be deleted from another instance of the same collection

When reviewing, no need to look into files from the directories libcblite_community and libcblite_enterprise, they are packages automatically generated by the update script.
