Release notes v3.0.4 🎉

This is a patch release

  • The preflight explorer request for smart contracts verification logs an error instead of throwing it. We found that some explorers block these get requests for some reason.
  • Added a config variable reportFormat to generate deployment reports in json format to enable their parsing down the CI pipeline.
  • Fixed the naming of built-in proxy deployments (added " proxy" suffix).
