The implementation of user-user collaborative recommender system is a part of the following project:
RE-DEMOCRACY (APP WHERE CITIZENS CAN POST THEIR SOCIAL PROBLEMS)
- An intelligent forum for E-Governance and solving problems of the general public was made which uses machine learning for determining the importance of a problem. Implemented user-user collaborative filtering recommender system for identifying most trending social problems of a particular genre. Similar problems are recommended to similar people for getting more support
