Repo for Geneva RB demo

How it works

1. add some md file(s) on the wanted repo inside the changelog folder
2. run the script through ruby changelog_manager_service.rb
3. You should see some log in the console
4. open the CHANGELOG.MD file, the new content should be there and the file should be deleted
