Pull Request Description: Updating Footer
This pull request updates the footer in our release drafter configuration. The previous footer simply stated that the project was built with Probot and utilized calendar versioning. The new footer provides a more descriptive explanation, highlighting the purpose of the tool—specifically, its role in reducing copy/paste from multiple projects—and includes a link to the BumpCalver repository for further reference.
