Updated lists in (In)Active and Invalid

As promised in #1

I have added all tree lists of results + generated them to *.json for other to use as delete lists in there system.

I would however recommend you to run over the free-email-providers.json do to the inconsistent use of the root . (A trailing dot)

The bash file, is just a little handy tool to handle the lists and generate the *.json files.
