Noticed recently that under some conditions, rectangles within the svg are using
x="0", y="0"and atransform+translateto position them. This causes the refit to resize them incorrectly.I've updated the regex to only match a
rectanglethat immediately follows thesvgtag. I've also updated the test to prevent any regression.
