# A Vote for New Projects: Uni-Lab-OS ## Proposal **Uni-Lab Operating System** is a platform for laboratory automation, designed to connect and control various experimental equipment, enabling automation and standardization of experimental workflows. Uni-Lab-OS have these key features: - Multi-device integration management - Automated experimental workflows - Cloud connectivity capabilities - Flexible configuration system - Support for multiple experimental protocols Uni-Lab-OS inclusion in the DeepModeling community aligns with the community's short-term plan of expanding exploration into “AI for experimental science” area.
