Users Will be able to create, update, or delete an event.
Users can add an event and then required to fill information related to the event such as description, date, and time.
Each time a user add, update, or delete an event. A notification will be sent in accordance to the action that was done by the user. A scheduled notification will also be sent if the date and time match an event date and time.
