NLP: Topic modeling to see what interesting topics show up based on the Description field:

Some of the topics showing up are interesting like the type of the property (park, manufacturing,etc)

Modeling: I applied Random Forest classification model to see what important features\fields showed up

Asbestos is showing up as one of the important features in the top 10 fields
