- Loss of Quorum at Meeting section is now 4.6, not 4.7.
- Unclaimed Money is now 9.9, not 9.10.
- Indemnification previously referred to itself via incorrect numbering, now corrected.
- "this Article 8" was incorrect
- "9.1" referred to the fiscal year instead of conduct which may be indemnified
