Do we want to keep the user-editable date in the experiment form? This seems redundant if we have ground truth via the RTC. BTW I looked through the code for the form's datetime, and the current implementation has a bug. The auto-populated date is always based on Oracle startup time, not the individual experiment start time. So if a tech runs multiple experiments in a row without restarting Oracle, the form datetime (saved to the the experiment metadata .csv) will be incorrect for later runs |

Added working RTC library and use RTC for folder/report/file naming convention
To sync clock to Pi, just run
python3 ulc_mm_package/hardware/real/rtc_d23231m.py
