This is a small follow up to #319
I am currently playing with Coil again and it seems that I've messed paths in the
enable-cert-rotationtarget in thev2/Makefilein my previous PR when copied this fromv2/e2e/Makefile. Sorry for that!EDIT: also fixed egress-only test deployments as I am using those currently and it seems that those were not working properly when cert-controller generated certs were used.
