D2D: +10% offensive luck (all units)

COZ: Default Range [0~2]

Synergy: Only active if both Commanders are loaded into Units. Allows activation of Tag (and Merge) Powers.

Synergy CO Zone: If COs are both on the field at once, each +/- 5% gives +/- 2 to all siege abilities

CO Swap: Switches the active CO with the secondary CO. 
- 
Merge Power: Activates both normal CO Powers at the same time. When turn ends, performs a CO Swap

Tag Power: Activates active super CO power first, then swaps COs and activates secondary COs super power

- Immunity: Causes that weather type to have +10% more chance to happen in any setting but is 15% in random weather.
- Penalty: Stacks these weather effects onto the D2D

- Andy is a mechanical boy wonder to represent this he gets some daily abilties. He is the only co that gets free repair costs and makes sense bing mechanical boy wonder. He also does Sami like boost of +50% Build Rate to constructing Temp Buildings. Unlike other commmanders he can also heal on neutral and enemy propteries at 1 HP rate. Andy's CO zone he gets 1 HP Heal rate. I dropped the star rate from 3 to 2 for his Hyper Repair as even if I bumped it up to 3 HP people will still choose Hyper Upgrade but at a 2 star power this give more of an option. Hyper Upgrade has no changes. When Andy obtains vet he increases
