A spiking neural integrator model of the adaptive control of action by the medial prefrontal cortex
This contains the files used to generate the Nov 29, 2013 resubmission of "A spiking neural integrator model of the adaptive control of action by the medial prefrontal cortex". While the files in the main repository may change over time (please suggest improvements!) this release will always contain the files used to generate the submitted paper.
The source code contains Nengo scripts, analysis scripts, the .tex source of the paper, and a doit script to make running the simulations and analyses very easy.
Also included below is a zip containing the Nengo simulator version that was used to generate the data in the paper. The simulated data analyzed in the paper, as well as a copy of the contents of this repository, can be found on figshare.
Please note that on p. 1896, the equation \epsilon = A f(X^T) should read \Uspilon = A f(X^T); this \Upsilon corresponds to that in Equation 12.
