Random CVE Generator

Code does two things:

1. Maintains a newline seperated textfile of all CVE's by getting all the filenames in CVEProject/cvelistV5 using Github Workflows
2. Hosts a static site that can get a random line/CVE from the file - https://cramik.github.io/random-cve/
