@marquiz I replaced 'reference plugin' with 'sample plugin' in the PR title, which is the term we usually use in this repo to refer to the plugins here (trying to avoid confusion wrt. to the more complex ones in the NRI Ref. Plugins repo). |

Also add minimal readme for the template and wasm plugins. The default-validator plugin is left out as it cannot be built as an external plugin (without changes). Signed-off-by: Markus Lehtonen <markus.lehtonen@intel.com>
