Describe the purpose of your pull request

Prepares v1.0.1 release with the following fixes/improvements:

• Add entry points for React Native. (Without these, newer versions of React Native fail to choose the correct entry point on bundling when the SDK is used as a transitive dependency - e.g. in React SDK.)
• Remove dangling sourcemap references from published builds.
• Improve the html/dynamic sample to handle invalid or wrong SDK Keys.
