This method returns 0 if OtherKey and Self are identical.

Remarks

This method overloads the comparison operator (=) allowing direct comparisons between instances of SecretKey.

The comparison operation itself is a constant-time binary comparison of the key data.

If libsodium is not available at runtime, a PlatformNotSupportedException will be raised.
