Update to show missing frames

This update shows a list of the frames found in the document that will not be laid out.

Improved template insertion

Changed New Figure and New Table to use placeholder text, and for the layout to work better.

Workaround for troublesome Word bug laying out frames at the top of a right hand column. Changed the new picture / new table not to use copy and paste, so work on virtual desktops.

Added Windows Installer

This release contains two usability improvements. Windows installation is now simple and standard. And new frames now fit to the column or page.

Layout fix

Fixed problem caused by Word bug when laying out a top right image in two column mode.

This version includes better Word for Mac support, better documentation and a variety of bug fixes.

Plug-in Version

Completely rewritten as a stand-alone plug-in. Added the layout algorithm, automatic insertion of tables and images with references to them, and buttons for all the functions on the Layout tab.

Stand-alone version

Removed dependency on Mendeley. Mendeley/Zotero users can configure if required.

Explicit licenses

Corrected the licences to make it clear this software is for all to use.
