Also, fix concurrent modification bug in OST algorithm
The map does not (yet) contain Russia since its polygon was aligned incorrectly
.. by only keeping "paths ending in a salient point"
- Remove matrix attributes since the input procedure doesn't take them into account - Remove point on border between BGR and TUR (now BGR has none, but that's ok) - Remove point on top right corner of TUR, since it brought about a degree 4 skeleton node (TODO: general problem)
