• Make FOV data repo public
• Make pilot data repo public
• Add profile location info to the master chart
• Add info about staining abnormalities in CPJUMP1 (Assess list of plates in CPJUMP1 with known issues to see if assuming they affect the results alters any conclusions #2) to the master table
• Add rest of Target2 plates to master table
• Put a final-ish copy of the master table in this repo, and link to the live copy (and ensure it is public-view-only)
• Update the wiki here with old wiki info; move Broad.io link
• Get jump branch of pycytominer rebased and pulled - currently in line behind some other PRs but nothing else to do here
• Do a find-and-replace on the figure names to turn them into figure numbers
• Add a citation file cytomining/profiling-handbook#67
• Add citation file cytomining/cytominer-database#132
• Create a citation file cytomining/profiling-template#17
• Create a citation file cytomining/profiling-recipe#32
• Actually cite all this stuff in the paper
