• When I retrieve the html file in safari, I am still seeing a page break near the bottom of the form:

Please reduce the vertical height of the grid in order to allow the entire form to be printed on one page, even if the headers or footers option is chosen in the browser. (Note it is still not printing even if these are turned off.)

I have added a .gitignore file so that my MacOS .DS_Store files are automatically excluded from the repository.
