POC: Prototype of updated snap details page

Proof of concept of updated layout of snaps details page.

Most notable changes:

• uses new Vanilla 8 col grid
• paper background
• uses pure Vanilla typography (bold H1)
• moves channel map and install button below snap name (to make the placement consistent with charms)
• moves sidebar to left side (to make it consistent with charms)z

Note: This is just a prototype, if applied more changes would be needed:

• adjusted alignment of channel map and install dropdowns
• screenshots section could be better aligned (especially when there is only 1 screenshot)
• section with map and could be better aligned (Show more for linux distros)

This is related to similar prototype done in snapcraft canonical/charmhub.io#2207, as we want to consolidate the look of details pages across stores.

I'm open to any comments suggestions on adjustments or next steps.
