This PR removes the oudated
registrycustom section which is encoded as a JSON blob in a custom section. This is superseded by dedicated custom sections that can be directly encoded as OCI Annotations, per #1922 and WebAssembly/tool-conventions#230. Thanks!FYI @bytecodealliance/sig-packaging
