把mysql替换成postgersql

创建了一个docker-compose.db.yml，专门用来启动数据库。给开发环境使用。
提供了postgersql可用的初始化sql
修改了项目中mysql专用的一些用法，换成了postgersql的格式。

建议新建一个分支，使用postgersql数据库。后期可以考虑是否替换typeorm
