clui - command line Unicode Info
The pkg will install clui to the folder /usr/local/clui with a symlink from the script inside to /usr/local/bin/clui
The package is Signed and Notarized so just download and double click to install, if this is the far future and the cert has expired maybe or maybe not you can still use pkgutil --epxand which will strip all signing, then pkgutil --flatten to create and unsigned (and non-expiring pkg).
If downloaded and Finder balks at installation, just right-click/control-click and choose Open to bypass Gatekeeper prohibitions on downloaded and unsigned packages.
