Closes #1093

Tested the build binary on:

  • Ubuntu 18.04 container: I couldn't run in Docker w/ GPU passthrough -- it seems to be incompatible with my host GPU... When I ran with software rendering, the UI was quite broken, but at least it opened.
  • Ubuntu 22.04 container
  • Ubuntu 24.04 container
