Basic frontend tools

Homebrew - Used on OS X to install almost everything else.
nvm (node version manager) - Enables use of multiple Node.js versions.
Rbenv - Enables use of multiple versions of Ruby.
npm - Package manager for Node.js.
yarn - Another package manager for Node.js.
