This project analyzes property sales data of Staten Island, New York for the year 2023. It examines sales trends throughout the year and evaluates the impact of factors such as category, like what type of households are mostly preferred, age group, neighborhood, property type, and tax class. The analysis also identifies the best neighborhoods to purchase property in, along with their price ranges.
- Property Sales by Category - Shows the proportion of sales for each property category, such as one-family houses, two-family houses, commercial land, store buildings, etc.
- Average Sales Price of Top 10 Neighborhood - Shows the average property prices in the top 10 most demanded neighborhoods.
- Property Sales by Age Group - Examines how property sales vary across different buyer age groups.
