This repo is containing data and code relating to a Master's thesis. It is aimed at analyzing the effect of the 14th General quota reform of the International Monetary Fund on members' program participation and loan allocation outcomes. Parallel to focusing on the 14th Reform it is specifically testing China's emerging role, improving its rank among all members from the 6th to the 3rd place (due to the increase in its quota share) and qualifying for an own seat in the Executive Board.
