Append smiFISH FLAP sequences in website options

Responding to the documentation:

If you have sequences that you would like to be included in the PaintSHOP application, please reach out to us!

And related to #5 - we want to use PaintSHOP to design probes for smiFISH. The smiFISH protocol uses FLAP sequences as outer regions for probes.

Following the smiFISH paper supplementary note 1, we would like to append reverse complements of the FLAP sequences as outer arms:

• FLAP X C ACT GAG TCC AGC TCG AAA CTT AGG AGG
• FLAP Y AA TGC ATG TCG ACG AGG TCC GAG TGT AA
• FLAP Z CTT ATA GGG CAT GGA TGC TAG AAG CTG G

Is it possible to include those in the application?
