Add min/max probe size as parameters to website? #5

Thank you for the wonderful resource!
It would be very helpful for us to have the parameters for max and min probe length as parameters on the PAINTSHOP web interface.
The reason is, we are designing probes for smiFISH where we need to add 28-nt FLAP sequences, see smiFISH paper. Oligonucleotide synthesis is cheaper below 60nt, so we'd like to be able to design the homology regions max length 32nt to accommodate the 28-nt outer region. Yes, it's possible to do that working through the .yaml file on snakemake. However, it would be really helpful for our diverse team to expose that parameter in the GUI.
