🔍 How It Works

Step 1: Report Initiation

Users can submit reports through our Discord server by using the /report command, initiating our secure reporting workflow.

Step 2: Information Collection

The system will collect essential information:

• User Identifier: VRChat user ID of the reported individual
• Incident Description: Detailed account of the concerning behavior
• Temporal Data: Date and time of the incident
• Environmental Context: World or instance where the incident occurred

Step 3: Evidence Submission

Upon report creation, you'll receive access to a secured private channel where you can submit:

• Video evidence (MP4, MOV, WebM formats supported)
• Screenshots (PNG, JPG)
• Chat logs (if applicable)

Step 4: Verification Process

All submitted reports undergo a rigorous multi-stage verification process:

1. Automated Analysis: Initial screening for report completeness
2. Staff Review: Manual examination by trained moderators
3. Classification: Categorization based on severity and evidence quality
4. Action Determination: Decision on appropriate follow-up measures
