Description of changes:
Updated the specs based on the latest updates on legal-api sandbox validation updates

Mismatch Type	Field / Sub Field	Affected Filings
Inconsistent field type & length check	Contact info -> Phone number	IA, Amalgamation, Cont. in, Alteration
	extension	IA, Amalgamation, Cont. in, Alteration
	proof of authorization -> max number of files	Cont. in
Inconsistent required fields	recordsOffice	IA, Amalgamation, Cont. in, AR
	parties -> officer -> firstName	IA, Amalgamation
	directors -> mailingAddress & deliveryAddress	CoD, AR

Phone number & Extension

• Add description for maximum digits each field takes
  

Max 5 files for Cont. in

recordsOffice is required

add firstName and lastName to Person schema

both mailingAddress and deliveryAddress of a director are required for CoD and AR
