Update API access reference links

issue: #27306
#27307

Summary

This PR updates documentation across multiple product pages to correctly reference the new account setup process instead of the previous API access request flow.

Changes

  • Updated text in 5 product pages (MHR, Pay, PPR, RS, STRR) to reference "/products/get-started/account-setup" instead of "/products/get-started/api-access-request"
  • Standardized wording across all pages to clarify how users obtain API keys and account IDs

Are you able to run /gcbrun? I don't have permissions it seems.

Also please update the package.json version.

1 last thing. We can remove this line from the nuxt config now that the file has been deleted.

Also please reference issues with the following shorthand or use the Github link. Using the Zenhub link won't link the pr to the issue.
