To do:

- Remove header and footer (temporarily)
- Create image directory in top root like "images"
- Move all images from dropbox to "images"
- Find all other images that have pointers to JBEI site and move those images into "images"
- Replace all URLS for images in manual to point to the images in the "images" folder
- Replace old screenshots with screenshots of the new application
- Add all appropriate tutorials to pages
- Add titles to sub-pages (Eg. for Chp 3.1 edit in Chp3_1.md)
- Add general introduction to what TeselaGen is to main introduction page
- Add table of contents to main introduction page (eg. Chapter 1: Introduction to BioCAD CaM Chapter 1.1 From specification, to design, to implementation, to assay)
- Add contact and support information to TeselaGen introduction page
- Find references and convert them to links (Eg. Hillson 2012)
- Expand submenu from main menu to show sub chapters
- Revise content of the manual, suggest improvements
- Add sections for new features implemented in the application
