What's in this PR?
Use factory default Velero helm chart instead of our custom version. The only difference is that with our chart version you can map a secret key under /credentials/cluster, which is useful in case you want to export AWS cluster backup in GCS storage or something similar, however in case you are storing AWS cluster backup data in S3 you can just use the factory default Velero helm chart.
