Todo App Blockchain is built on top of the Blockchain network, where you can add, remove & get tasks.
In my example, I used Ganache for locale Blockchain network to test dApps in a safe environment, and Truffle for a development environment, asset pipeline, and testing framework for developing smart contracts, Solidity for building the smart contract, and for the front end I used NextJs.
