Minor tweaks for consolidated mapping logic

Description

• Cleanup old sparql templates no longer used before the consolidation of mapping logic
• Migrate remaining code to use SparqlValue instead of RawValue
• Update vertex details query to use rdf type uri constant

Validation

• Tested in Neptune
