…3.12 Cement 2.10.14 avoids importing `imp` in versions of Python it is deprecated in. This commit upgrades Cement to Python 2.10.14. See: datafolklabs/cement#673

Can this be merged? Because of this @NihalM99 and @Mickeypeng seem to not be active and the whole project seems to be abandoned somewhat… |

At least for homebrew, the formula was migrated to python3.12 (Homebrew/homebrew-core@44013b9) so I was able to remove |
