Couple of unrelated harmless small fixed that don't warrant separate PRs

  • Add CloudFront URL to the stack outputs
  • Center the Bot name and Bot description
  • Add @aws-cdk/aws-lambda:recognizeVersionProps to assist in stack updates
  • Rename GUARDRAILS_CONTECTUAL_GROUNDING_THRESHOLD to ...CONTEXTUAL... and change the resolution from 0.01 to 0.1 for easier setting (+ updated translations)
