Description
Introduces a new command "Clear CloudFormation template issues", which will clear all linting issues temporarily until the next time the scan has been run. This is helpful to:
Clear up the noise/clutter on the Problems tab, without having to close all of the files first
Clear up any 'stuck' issues on the Problems tab that can happen from time to time, requiring you to close and reopen the workspace
Also removes the redundant activation event for sidePreview warning.
