Description

Replaces the use use of "modulation" with "modularization" to better describe the architectural separation into independent modules.

How was this PR tested?

Running the MkDocs server in my local environment

Notes for reviewers

Just one sentence below, the correct term "modularization" is already used, so this seems to be just a minor inconsistency or typo.

Effects on system behavior

None.
