This PR is an extension of DEV-3784 (#22).
The goal of this PR is to make changes accordingly based on findings discovered upon running the X509 Fuzzer provided by TOB, which also includes the
authorityKeyIdentifierandsubjectKeyIdentifierfields from DEV-3784.
