WebbSiteSolicitors

Since https://webb-site.com/ is shutting down. data of HK solicitors are scraped in case anyone needs it.
data/lawyers.csv contains a list of solicitors, and the data/history.pkl contains a dict of list of DataFrames.
For easy use, ui.py gives a simplistic TK interface to interact with the data. gr.py gives a gradio UI as well.
