Experimental Rust wrapper for Blockstream Electrs API

Description

This library provide a simple wrapper to use Blockstream API or self hosted Esplora - Electrs API. Experimental library

Requirements

• Reqwest framework require libssl-dev

sudo apt install libssl-dev

• Serde deserialize : Serde
